We ship all orders from Belgium. The total delivery time generally ranges between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the destination.

As part of our eco-responsible approach, we intentionally limit our stock. This means that preparation and delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

While it is very rare, some international orders may be subject to customs inspections or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
